Meditation Teaching has been an amazing journey of self discovery, spiritual awakening and learning, especially this year. I finally graduated from the course (only took a couple years longer than expected after a break from the course!) and I started a podcast and guiding classes.
I will admit, there has been a break from it all over the last couple of months as I've had a lot going on, however classes will be coming back to Sunday evenings in January 2020!

If you've read one of the other blogs here, you'll know that I studied Meditation through Australian Centre for Holistic Studies (ACHS) and I'm so excited to say that they asked me to feature me on their blog in November 2019!
I would recommend them to anyone who feels they have a calling to study or teach Meditation, as they have created such an wonderful online course, which is also accredited by Meditation Association of Australia (MAA) and International Institute of Complementary Therapists (IICT).
The amount of love, support and community ACHS has, is incredible. I remember wondering how I'd go studying online and not being in a class or surrounded by peers, however they have a private Facebook group to connect over, your personal coach is always there for you and they hold retreats twice a year, so you can meet other students, graduates and the coaches in person. I have been to two retreats and going on my third in May 2020.
I would love for you to read my interview on the blog and maybe even check out ACHS while you're there.
As classes will be coming back in 2020, you still have options if you would like to meditate with me:
- Book a private session (one-on-one with me & various times/dates available)
- Listen to the podcast (anywhere, any time, on the go!)
I look forward to meditating with you!
